WEDDING SITES TO CHOOSE FROM

The Versailles Pavilion

This site consists of a 14' octagonal base with the arched metal filagree Pavilion

centered on it. The guests sit in an outdoor "room" with sidewalls composed of

white Crape myrtles and the back wall of English boxwood. It overlooks the lake

and lawns flowing down to it with extensive nursery planting rising on slopes

beyond.

The Manor House Front Porch

with its columns and a full view of the manor house

facade with the guests seated on the front lawn.

The "Lovers' Tree"

in the front lawn, two different species growing together side by

side as "bride" and "groom."

The Event Tent

if shade is desired or the weather is inclement

The Manor House,

if desired, for weddings with 75 guests or less.

MISCELLANEOUS

There is a large lighted parking lot in the pasture next to the front lawn and unisex restrooms are

found in the west side of the Wedding Cottage. You are free to choose your own caterers, but they must meet our standards of excellence.

We recommend John Ellington of Fuqua Academy in Farmville.

We ask for a down payment of half the total bill up front upon contract signing.

The remainder is to be payed upon arrival.

We will provide a discount of $500 if you wish to perform your own clean-up and also transfer of chairs from the ceremony site to the tent.

Oft times, guests appreciate helping, to be needed and part of the action.

A continental breakfast is provided for overnight guests, and they will find a book of

instructions in their rooms which it is important to read.
